  • Customized Resources: 5-7 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹500 within India (subject to conditions).

If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. You may be charged for re-shipping.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photos of the damage before opening

  • We will arrange for replacement (refunds are not available as per our non-refundable policy)

8.2 Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, contact us immediately with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Technical support available for access issues
  • Backup delivery methods available
