Maya Education and Social Welfare Foundation operates with a strict non-refundable policy for all services, donations, and educational programs. This policy ensures immediate deployment of resources to serve our communities and maintain operational efficiency.

2. Donation Policy - Non-Refundable

2.1 All Donations Are Final

All donations made to Maya Foundation are completely non-refundable. As a charitable organization, donations are immediately allocated to ongoing programs, beneficiary support, and operational expenses. Once received, funds are deployed within 24-48 hours to serve our communities.

2.2 Why Donations Are Non-Refundable

• Immediate deployment to beneficiaries and programs
• Administrative costs and processing fees
• Maintaining operational efficiency for maximum impact
• Legal and regulatory compliance for charitable organizations
• Ensuring continuous service delivery to 1200+ students

2.3 Technical Errors Only

The only exception is for technical payment errors (duplicate charges due to system malfunction) which will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Educational Program Policy - Non-Refundable

3.1 All Course Fees Are Non-Refundable

All educational program fees, including the ₹400 computer certification subscription, are completely non-refundable. This policy applies from the moment of enrollment, regardless of course progress or completion status.

3.2 Reasons for Non-Refundable Education Policy

• Immediate access to all course materials and resources
• Subsidized pricing (₹400 vs ₹3000+ market value)
• Unlimited access and exam attempts provided
• Administrative and platform maintenance costs
• Supporting underprivileged students through cross-subsidization

3.3 Course Access Guarantee

While fees are non-refundable, we guarantee unlimited access to all course materials, unlimited exam attempts, and technical support throughout your learning journey.

4. Event Registration - Non-Refundable

4.1 All Event Fees Are Final

All event registration fees, workshop fees, and seminar charges are non-refundable. This includes both in-person and virtual events.

4.2 Event Cancellation by Maya Foundation

If Maya Foundation cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive credit towards future events of equal or greater value, but no cash refunds will be provided.

5. Volunteer Program Fees - Non-Refundable

All volunteer program fees are non-refundable, including:

• Training fees: Non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed
• Material fees: Non-refundable as materials are prepared upon registration
• Accommodation fees: Non-refundable due to advance booking requirements

6. Digital Content and Resources - Non-Refundable

All digital content, course materials, e-books, and online resources are non-refundable:

• No refunds once access is granted (immediate upon payment)
• Technical issues will be resolved without additional charge
• Content updates and improvements provided at no extra cost

7. Payment Processing - Non-Refundable

Maya Foundation does not process refunds for any services or donations. All transactions are final upon completion.

7.2 Transaction Fees

For technical payment errors only (duplicate charges due to system malfunction):

3. Allow 72 hours for investigation
4. Resolution will be provided if technical error is confirmed
